I'm Amanda, and I'm dedicated to supporting people through the challenges life can bring and create meaningful and lasting change.
Therapy can be life-changing, offering support when we feel lost and helping us reconnect with ourselves, find hope, and work towards positive change.
I know from experience how difficult it can be to seek help, especially when we feel lost or overwhelmed. That’s why I’m committed to offering a space where people feel safe, supported, and understood—without pressure or expectation. Whether it’s working through anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or something else, my role as a therapist is to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing, growth, and change.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from psychodynamic, person-centered, and CBT approaches to tailor our work to your needs. I take a holistic view of your experiences, considering how different aspects of your life influence one another. This ensures that our sessions are personalized and effective, and I regularly check in with you to ensure the approach feels right for you. I work with individuals in South Birmingham, as well as remotely across the UK.
